Anxiety Attacks
The Number One Symptom I Help My Clients Overcome Is Anxiety.
An Anxiety Attack is a response from the subconscious mind which when perceiving a threat to the individual, sends a distress signal into the central nervous system which then radiates outward into the nerve branches of the physical body.
Anxiety primarily registers in the heart region (emotional threat) or the solar plexus (physical threat) and can also affect the throat muscles as well as triggering the sweat glands.
“Upon receiving that fateful telephone call from my doctor telling me, ‘We have found cancer cells‘, I went into shock physically, mentally and emotionally and could not sleep or eat,nor could I get relief from the knot in my stomach which was making me feel nauseous.I went to see Dr. Ronda…and sleep I did! Dr. Ronda’s hypnotherapy programs began the healing process which allowed my symptoms of fear, anxiety, lack of appetite and nausea to subside. I have not had a problem falling asleep since I began this therapy… My outlook on this situation has improved so significantly that I know and feel there is a positive outcome at the end of the medical treatment my physician and I have chosen.”Carol S.

From the subconscious mind’s perspective, there is always a cause driving the mind to produce anxiety and/or a anxiety attack. Always, no exceptions.
The conscious mind then becomes overwhelmed and often fearful of the threat of further episodes of anxiety and/or anxiety or panic attacks.
Often anxiety becomes a chronic condition, which is the mind’s way of protecting you via the fight or flight response. Hypnoanalysis and Hypnotherapy is implemented in a relaxing private and professional environment where the root cause of the anxiety or anxiety attack is found in the unconscious mind, the memory bank.
Dr. Ronda also teaches her clients who present with anxiety, self hypnosis, using simple anchoring techniques that allow their minds to be free from the flight or fight response which releases the enormous stress on the central nervous system.
“It’s a matter of learning the skill of communicating with the survival part of the mind causing the anxiety in order to speak its language, mainly symbols, which then signals the mind that you’re safe,” Dr. Ronda teaches her clients.
